I wrote about 10 emails and made 5-6 calls over the course of 5 weeks to find out when my alloy SCAR 17s lower receiver would ship. I also wanted to know if they had received any stripped upper receivers; if not if they had any idea when they would. After getting no response from any of my calls or emails, I began to wonder if the company was even legit, or if they had gone out of business.
Finally, the other day, I disputed the charge with my bank and sent and email about it to them. What do you know, I got a response. Here is the F-U letter they sent me:
Prior to placing your item in the cart and completing your order, the item was clearly marked with a 4-5 week lead time. Until that time lapses, there is no justification to send emails asking for status unless you failed to notice the lead time associated with the SEAL modules. Since you have disputed the charge and caused our company to incur needless chargeback fees while having your order in queue and removing product from inventory that would otherwise be sold to other customers, we will take approbate action, cancel your order and terminate your account.
Tomorrow would have been 5 weeks from the date you placed your order.

Customer communication is very important and businesses shouldn't blow-off customers. Clearly, they have no respect and don't feel the need to respond to anyone, even if the have received money from them. I would avoid doing business with this company!
