    Default Different carry....

I'm going to buy one of these. I'll let you know how it works out.
Posting this thread because I plan to use it a bit differently than I have seen discussed. Might be more helpful to women.
I've looked around a lot. I'm convinced to give this IWB a more than a good try.

I don't usually wear the usual pants with belt. Even at work I wear bib overalls. Otherwise I usually wear sweat type pants or shorts for comfort. It's just plain comfortable. Elastic waist bands and baggy clothes I wear. Just plain comfort.
So basically, the belt will be worn under the pants. I really like that instructors belt. Don't need a buckle against my skin.
I am getting everything. Double mag holder also.
I'm not crazy about carrying concealed. At least not now. Might have a personal purpose in the future? For right now I plan to use this in practicing. I can see this IWB is my best option no matter what I do. If I practice with it under my pants. Remember, I mean everything including the belt under the pants. Even if I just throw it on outside my pants. It's still my best option. Still better than an OWB for me. It's built to be comfortable and work. I just can't see any other option for me that will work better?
    I'd appreciate thoughts and criticisms.
I'll let you know how it works out. I'm thinking real good.

I think you are missing a link or pic or something because I am not sure what you are talking about here.

I apologize. I took it for granted people would understand I am talking about White Hat Holsters products specifically. White Hat's IWB holster, velcro belt (instructors belt), and double mag pouch. In comparison to any and WH's OWB and any other options. Perhaps I failed to communicate that I also have looked at other. I have owned other. I had to just to take a class.

The way i carry iwb was initially very uncomfortable to me but its where i wanted the gun to be so i stuck with it and now i am used to it. Took some time and experimentation to find the carry style thst works best for me so stick with it and be creative and im sure youll come up with something that is both comfortable and allows for quick access to the firearm.

A lot of people say that you should adjust your wardrobe to accommodate your carry, instead of the other way around.

'Folk wisdom' is not absolute, of course, but when I started carrying, I found I had to buy a fair amount of other pants and shirts to make the concealed carry a comfortable and accessible option. I tried to make concealed carry with what I usually wore, and I just couldn't make it work.

Other thing is, I'm now dressing a bit 'sharper' than I used to. And between the new wardrobe, and my new carry, it's all a very positive experience.

    Yes....

Please forgive me if I seem belligerent on this??? I earnestly thought since this is the White Hat section of the forum...or you could put it as forum of the board. There is a link at the front of this section/forum. I candidly took it for granted I'm talking specifically about WH products? I honestly didn't think I needed to provide a link??? Maybe a little clarification???
I am definitely talking about the White Hat IWB holster.
I just ordered the Holster, Belt, and Two Mag Pouches.

Hehe.... rotflmao!... You're making me laugh at myself!... Right now I'm thinking.... gee... I put on some weight. Need to lose some. Now if I just start concealed carrying. I won't have to change my clothes at all! ... hehe... I might get stuck having to buy a smaller belt from WH. ... hehe

    I probably should add...
Partly why I'm considering using this is at a local indoor range that has IPSC competitions on Friday evening. I checked on it. Two thirds of the people who attend, shoot regular guns. Nothing special. They just come for fun. I think that's about as close to a real competitor I want to be. Shoot an everyday type gun. Nothing special. And besides.... like I told the range.... It sure beats bowling.
