Rumor has it the FBI and CIA is looking for the masked inventor of the Zeckus DB. They theorize if it was able to be mass produced and distributed to both sides in the Russia-Ukraine war hostilities would cease. FBI profilers are working off the video to identify him. The only thing they know about him so far is he may be a tradesman working a mundane job with lots of spare time on his hands. They also suspect he DOES NOT work as a welder.
