Republican Donald Trump's margin of victory had decreased by just 25 votes with nearly all the ballots recounted. The final tally will be revealed once the recount is certified.

The recount began Dec. 1 after Green Party candidate Jill Stein requested and paid for it. Her attempts to get recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania were blocked in court.

Stein suggested without evidence that voting machines in the three states could have been hacked.

With 95 percent of Wisconsin's vote recounted Sunday, Hillary Clinton had picked up 25 votes on Trump, who won the state by more than 22,000 votes.

Wisconsin faced a Tuesday deadline to certify the vote or put its 10 Electoral College votes at risk.

Walker says Wisconsin recount proves legitimacy

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says the presidential recount vote in his state makes "very clear the vote was legitimate."

Wisconsin and Pennsylvania Certify Trump Victory After Recount Effort

Wisconsin and Pennsylvania certified Donald Trump's election victory on Monday, delivering what will likely be one of the final blows to Green Party candidate Jill Stein's recount effort.
Stein pushed for recounts in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan, states where Hillary Clinton was thought to have an edge but ended up in Trump's column last month.
The Wisconsin Elections Commission certified that the Republican actually picked up 162 votes during the recount, resulting in a more 22,000 vote victory over Clinton. The final tally changed less than one percent from the original count of the November 8 election.
In Pennsylvania, a judge rejected Stein's effort recount effort, clearing the way for the state to certify Trump's victory there. And last week the Michigan Supreme Court denied Stein's appeal to restart the recount there.
Trump beat Clinton by 10,704 votes in the Wolverine State and 44,292 votes in Pennsylvania.
Stein got about 1 percent of the vote in the three states where she pushed for recounts.

Reality can be a very bitter pill to swallow. "Most of Us" - the Right Ones - recognize this because we've been subjected to it and have dealt with it most of our adult lives. Win some, lose some. And make no mistake about it, the last 8 years of Reality under Obama have been the most bitter.

So, are Hillary and Jill sharing the same mop handle, now, or do they each

have their own? Can you imagine what the White House would have been like, after

HRC selected a cabinet full of these menopausal prunes? They would have worn the hinges

right off the door to the janitor's closet.
