Okay, so I have a situation. My sister was cleaning my winchester model 121 and she took of the bolt guides things off, and then shoved the bolt back in, forgetting that she didn't put that back on the bolt. How can I get the bolt back out without completely disassembling the gun?

I believe you have to remove the receiver from the stock. Once you do there's a small lever just in front of the trigger guard that you press forward as you pull the bolt rearward. By moving this lever forward it lowers the ejector which is what is keeping the bolt held in place. Alternatively, if you look down on the open chamber, there's a tiny catch which can be depressed with something like a brass rod or small screwdriver tip, lowering the ejector, to release the bolt.
