I have a modified P-16 .40; Pictures are on the 'Gun Related Pictures' Para ordinance thread with a few details of the mod I had done.

Only trouble it has a magazine related, sometimes the followers with get in a bind and not push the cartridges up. It isnt a big problem, cause I only use that pistol for plinking.

It is a decent gun, but they have the 'series 80' type safety, and even with a trigger job, I can still tell its there.

Para is an excellent pistol. Great reputation and good quality.

I avoid them because they are Canadian made and Canada does not allow its citizens to own handguns. So Its my opinion that I don't want to send money into that country to support their firearm industry! My little attempt at protesting I guess!

Well made guns and very nice looking, you would not be disappointed if you bought one.

I was going to buy the Para Hawg 9, but when I finally got to holding it in the gun store I wasn't too happy with the way it felt in my hand. The grip was too short and my pinkie finger felt like it was just hanging out there!

Nice firearms though. Very good quality.............
