What would you like to respectfully say to a Second Amendment fanatic who claims it was meant to be untouchable, and intended to protect ownership of every imaginable & unimagined personal weapon of war, for every American?

Everything, man, beast or plant is created with the instinct of self preservation, only those that seek control over us will try to limit that natural right. The Second Amendment does not give the right, it affirms the right to self defense that existed long before any kings or countries.
