I did not see a grandfather clause. Time to order a few more mags.
There is one. This is it: (3) A person lawfully owning or otherwise possessing an assault weapon before the effective date of this section.I did not see a grandfather clause. Time to order a few more mags.
That is one of the exceptions to the proposed law. There is one. This is it: (3) A person lawfully owning or otherwise possessing an assault weapon before the effective date of this section.
Buy a few stripped lowers. That is considered the gun and you can build later on.Ok cool thanks. I'll have to ask my LGS to give me something for my SW MP 15. If it makes it through committee. The lower im getting i'll save my email receipt. My one Walther has threaded barrel. I think i have copy of the sales. It started to look for it. I keep them in the box the gun came with.
So, by providing receipts to government officials (which they would log and record) in order to purchase items for your firearms, you are de facto providing them a partial list of guns in your possession. So i'll have proof i owed before the bill is passed. I'll ask Zach it gators to write me something if need be. I'll save my reciept from my lower that is on the way. This whole thing may not make it past committee. As it didn't before i was told.
I am not sure about this yet.Speed, now you have to renew your FID every few years with the entire process being just like it was your first time. Submit fingerprints, references and all of the associated fees.
