Anyone ever drop a 10mm Barel into a Glock 23? I know the 32 357Sig works. But I have a hankering to do this to a 23.
Ha!Ha! Thats funny! But most likely not to far off the truth. Lots of gals in the FBI and they don't have the muscle mass to absorb 10 mm rounds kicking out of the firearm. Also not necessary in my opinon to have anything that big for the type work that they do.dogsoldier said:I have a 1911 chambered in 10mm. I do not understand all the hub-bub about the recoil. Like you said, it is like a 45. No biggy. Guess the FBI was training too many combat accountants, who never handled a gun before, started whining that their carpel tunnel syndrome was getting worse after range sessions.
Just teasing Mister or Ms FBI, please do not tap my phone...I was kidding....really....

I've heard stats about just how many shots the average city, county, or state LEO actually makes in his/her career; I'll bet the FBI average is a small fraction of that. All the more reason to equip them with a caliber that hurts the BG more than the officer, IMO.
as far as the glock numbering system, im not sure what the 23 is, but if its not a .45acp, then no.dogsoldier said:Anyone ever drop a 10mm Barel into a Glock 23? I know the 32 357Sig works. But I have a hankering to do this to a 23.
