Savage 99's

I think that Savage should re-continue the 99's.
They are deadly accurate light weight and a solid built lever gun. I actually think any of the older guns were a better made. Like the older saddle Henry's. But for me I will take any 99 built from the 1899, ER, AG, to the F.
Any thoughts on the 99's or any other discontinued levers you guys would like to see brought back. Not altered but just the way they were when they were first offered.

I agree completely! Since cowboy action shooting is becoming so popular I think they would sell like hotcakes! The Savage in 308 is a fantastic cal. I also like the Winchester model 88, it just looks cool.

The lever rifles are the best looking, in my opinion, of all the rifles!
