I have a Savage Model 99 in 250-3000. I have been attempting to find out when it was made, but don't have the Blue Book of Gun Values available. The number is 360,455. Can anyone tell me when it was made? I assume it is an early one because it says 250-3000, not 250 Savage. It has the schnable (SP?) forearm, the factory, or more likely, period correct scope mount with a 4X Weaver Post. It also has the brass cartridge counter on the left side of the reviever and I guess it's about 80-90% on the blueing and the stock is in good shape as well.
