So I bought this as a target companion for the .380 EZ. Same size about the same weight and similar recoil just 10x cheaper to shoot. So here is a side by side.
Important to note that the .380 EZ has the grip safety, the .22 Compact has a 2pc trigger safety. Both are drop safeties. Both also have the optional thumb safety installed.
They are the same length. The .380 is 1.5 ounces heavier than the .22.

Comparable sights.
Another significant difference is inside. The .380 has the barrel seated in the slide. It will tilt when the slide is pulled back. To disassemble draw the slide back the to the catch, turn the takedown lever, press the catch release and slide the slide assembly forward to remove.
The .22 has a fixed barrel. Seated on the frame. It won’t tilt when the slide is drawn back. To disassemble draw the slide back to the catch, turn the takedown lever, then draw the slide all the way back and lift the back of the slide about 10 degrees, just high enough to clear the barrel, the slide it forward to remove.
