the Hi-Point Carbine is great for the money, it is accurate enough out to 100 yards, but it is uglier than hell but it shoots great

Good pictures and without a doubt your having a good time working out with them weapons. Just keep it up and you will make a fine soldier or police officer one day. Good shooting. :-B-:

satanz here is a little excerpt froma range report I wrote a while back

I have a Hi-Point Carbine in 40SW and it is the best pistol caliber carbine for under $400 that I have fired. My only complaint is the lack of any hi-cap magazines. I would have no problem using it as a HD weapon. The accuracy is good enough for me I have been able to get a 5 inch group at 100 yards using a rest and 2x red dot scope. The only thing I would suggest is if you are going to use it as a range gun is get it in 9mm and maybe a cheap red dot scope. It is the only weapon that comes with to the range everytime.

Some of that has changed since I got some more weapons but I am still very pleased with it
