Hello everyone,,
I recently inherited a Dakota .357 and was told it needs a new firing pin to function properly. I ordered the pin but cant seem to find any instructions on the web as to how to actually replace it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Who told you it needed a new firing pin? Did you inspect it and test fire it first?

probably look on the net or youtube at uberti SA revolvers for articles/videos on tear-down/back-together..

i do believe that Uberti is the actual maker of the guns and they are re-branded as dakota

The firing pin is accessed from the rear. Dakota SAAs and Hawes SSAs are the same.
