Welcome, we like when newcomers just dive in and start asking questions as long as you don't disappear shortly thereafter or just blend into the woodwork. Most of us on here are golden year eligible. The best reason to collect things is that they appeal to you. Some do it for monetary reasons but if money appeals to you that much why not. Getting golden though you realize life is great if you can do things that you enjoy not just out of obligation or chasing some green.
