I recently acquired a 30 gibbs from my grandfather. It was manufactured around the 1960's by a then famous gunmaker in either idaho or Oregon. I can't seem to find any information on him but I know he was a master craftsmen because the entire guns woodwork was done by hand and even the metal on the old 1903 action that was used had its sight post hand filed down. Any information would be much appreciated because this gun is a mystery in its truest form.
