Possibly a case sensitive issue?

I have reset my password i can login on my lap top but not my smart phone . Even though i'm entering my new password . Can use some help . thank guys

Obviously if you're able to log in with your laptop you're doing something wrong on your phone. I have no idea what you just need to be careful and make sure your login you're using is good and you haven't been locked out.
Try what the others have suggested. How long after did you try it on your phone? Might be your phone nextwork not recognizing the password switch yet?
