Hello all, i am new here and fairly new to reloading but i need some help. i have a lee pro 1000 press that i use to reload .45 caliber. i want to start loading .357/.38 also... will i have to buy antoher press or is it fairly easy to change plates. and if it is easy what all do i have to change to convert calibers??? any tips would be greatly appreciated

You will have to buy a shell plate and dies. I had one for a very short while and it didn't work out to well so I gave it to the kid that was cutting my grass. Good luck.

You'll also need the small primer feeder assembly. Watch fleabay and the gun auctions and get a whole 'nother press for little more than the conversion parts. :i:
