I am looking for a lightweight quality AR-15. I did a google search and the Kaiser Monarch X-7 came up. It is light...around 4.5lbs and from reviews sounds like it is excellent quality.

I know it costs around $2k.

Anyone have any feedback or recommend a similar AR.

I'm not a big AR guy but I never heard of it. What's with the lightweight aspect? It seems like you only shave a pound or so. Get a good sling and the weight is less of a concern. 2K will get you a lot of AR.

I would wait until after the election to decide on a AR.

He might need it for election night if Trump wins. It might be the purge.
