My family member, who lives in Nevada, recently purchased a rifle to hand down to me. The rifle is a Beretta ARX 100 and I just wanted to know how I can make it CA legal and register it under my name? If I pin the stock, put on a "featureless" paddle grip, and pin the folding portion of the stock, can I resister it under my name? Thank you.
