I actually had to fill them in with marker. Mine is carried vertically , you can have done horizontally as well. Very adjustable, and very comfortable

I have a shoulder holster My issue is hooking to belts is this the back strap retainer? or like the ones that hook like suspenders to the belt?

It does hook to a belt, but I don’t use it I can’t wear belts. When I wear jeans I can hook it to the belt loop. But generally I don’t.
