Hello all out there i am new to the gun community me and my father found an old small pistol and are having trouble identifying it i was hoping to find someone here who could help. Here are some pictures to help identify they are about all we know about it.
Cheap Italian sort-of copy of a Remington 95 derringer. Made in 1965. (XXI) proofed for smokeless powder (psp) Gardone provisional proof
(the one by the hinge). Caliber appears to be 6mm FLOBERT. That is a very low powered cartridge. 22 short, long or long rifle may fit in the
gun---don't do it. You stand a fair chance of converting your cheap Italian pistol into a rather effective hand grenade--in your hand.
