Hello Everyone,

Just joined, inspired by wanting to research a small collection of firearms my wife inherited. Also curious about the necessity to insure guns separately from regular household insurance, and concerned about gun rights in general.

More to come...

Thank you. Sure, we luckily had flood insurance when Irma flooded our house for 2 weeks so I get mitigation.

However, do you or does one insure separately as in some sort of gun insurance or just as part of a homeowner's policy?

My homeowners is through erie. My guns are covered under contents coverage. Some insurers do require a seperate policy.
