Considering that the President, Congress and rest of the government is busy trying to get ahead of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, IMHO it was rather retarded of the Democrats to even submit this bill for consideration. But that is what Democrats do best, come up with the most idiotic idea at the worst possible time.

Not all that sure it will make it through the house. Gun sales are the highest ever. Stores sold out, no ammo either. The kicker is that it is first time buyers
making most of the purchases. The people that were "we need more gun laws" and "the police will protect us" are now buying guns at a record pace. If the
democrats that represent them are paying any attention the bill may die in the house.
