H&R Ultra 308 Automatic Rifle
Hello Everyone, I just bought a Harrington & Richardson 308 cal Ultra Automatic rifle. I am having a hard time trying to find the Scope base mounts that work with this rifle. Any help is Greatly appreciated.

There is no more H&R. They were acquired by Marlin about 15 years ago and then the brand was killed after Marlin was acquired by Remington. There is an H&R forum on Greybeard Outdoors geared to the Handi Rifle single shots but there are some very knowledgeable folks there who may be able to help.
You have a search on your hands.
I know Weaver, Redfield and Leupold made scope bases for your rifle. I would contact each of these companies (Redfield is now owned by Leupold) and ask if they have any in stock (slim chance). I'd also ask if they might know who still has any for sale (slim chance).
You might also try contacting these companies. They specialize in discontinued scopes, bases and rings.
