Please follow these simple rules.
1.All buyers/sellers acknowledge this forum has no liability whatsoever for any transaction, that this forum provides no legal advice, and that all participants will comply with all federal, state and local laws.
2.This is NOT a venue for commerical businesses to sell their wares at no cost. If you are an FFL or commercial business and want to do a meaningful volume of business here, use the "Advertise" link at the bottpm of the page about becoming a sponsor.
3.Please be aware that there are scammers all of the internet and you could be getting ripped off. Please make sure you get a little bit of history from them before purchasing or selling a item. We are not responsable for any of your loses.
4. DO NOT trash, bash, or snipe ANY posts made. Doing so will get you immediately banned. If you dont like the price DO NOT BUY IT.

The 15 post rule should be posted in the buy/sell title. It is not very noticeable. I think this would alleviate a lot of confusion.

In order to ensure that the privilege to sell here is extended only to those members, all sellers must have 15 substantive posts prior to listing a firearm for sale. Our Moderators have the final say on whether or not this requirement has been fully met.
