I guess we'll find out. Thanks for posting this, Travis. I will take and post it on some of the other forums I frequent. The more the better.

Meanwhile, for those who may be interested, the website http://ammobrasstrader.com/forums/ is expanding to include folks who sell, not just trade, brass and components. I will start listing my goodies there this week, if I can.

Y'know, it's kind of interesting that the Virginia Tech incident happened on 16 April and it took almost four months for eBay to decide what the right and moral thing was that they had to do.

Sounds like more of a case where Meg Whitman and her merry band of UberLibs had to do the cost/benefit analysis, three surveys and a focus group to see whether it would be worth it for them to lose the business they knew that they would lose.

I would like to see their bean counter's numbers turned on their head. The more shooters we can share this with, the more ill effect it will have on eBay. Having traded for several yrs on ebay and having watched both them and PayPal treat us like lepers, I will relish it.

Signed. I know Ebay don't care if I quit them, but if every gun owner and hunter out there quits them I'll bet they care. :--- :--- :---

Only if all the gun owners and hunters are also porn freaks. That's where eBay's real revenue lies!

I hear what you're saying, Hoss, but they could NOT have made such a business decision without considering what we contribute. Heck, for 3+ yrs I was selling stuff on eBay. Now I was a fairly small operator and my monthly fees to eBay were still >$150.00. They have to figure that either they will lose the equivalent of what we shooters cough up, or that the anti-gunners will be so grateful to Meg and her Posse that they will bring new business in excess of what we contribute. If anyone thinks that this was a moral or ethical decision, Dream On.

They only understand$$$$ so I bet ebay must have done some sort of tracking to see what type of hit
they would take with this decision.Pay pal has the same view. An organize boycott is the only way to fight
back! I don't do business ether!
