They call those swivel breech guns. I have only ever seen a handful of originals and never in person, just pics and videos. I would have to assume they are quite rare but i have no clue on value. They also make modern reproductions and kit guns of them so there is that possibility. I can only open one of your pics for some reason and can't really see anything close up. If you can try adding the pictures directly to the site instead of using a outside picture hosting site, they show up much better that way. A couple of years ago this guy built one through a series of videos and here is talking about it and shooting it.
