I want to try and do some weight training. I hear it's good for you as you get older. Hubby does weights and has a whole gym set up downstairs, so I might give it a try sometime..... maybe...... later......
Oh yes, I exercise my arm lifting a margarita glass on weekends! :mrgreen:
