LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- A Disney security guard who challenged the company's anti-gun policy has been fired. Eyewitness News broke Edwin Sotomayer's story last week.
Disney considered itself exempt from the state's new law that lets employees bring their guns to work if they're left locked in the car. But Sotomayor told Eyewitness News he'd bring his gun anyway.
Monday, the company fired him for violating company policy by not cooperating with its investigation.
Sotomayor has already hired a lawyer.

This is FIVE minutes away from me. SAD that Disney AND Universal Studios considers themselves EXCEMPT! BULLSHIT!

Good! I hope he cleans up and gets a multi-million dollar settlement. That would send shock waves through the management of Home Depot and Lowes, among others.
