18 U.S. Code § 241. Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

If ... persons conspire to ... threaten, or intimidate any person ... in the free exercise ... of any right ... secured to him by the Constitution ...
They shall be fined ...or imprisoned

Real Life Application of Law:
...members of congress, state legislatures and governors who create laws ..., that threaten or intimidate any person with fines and/or imprisonment ... in the free exercise ... "of the right ... to keep and bear Arms", ... the state legislatures and governors shall be fined ...or imprisoned for "infringing" a right, ... secured to him by the Constitution's 2nd Amendment

Sounds like they should be guilty of "hate crimes"......maybe that's what we need to be doing, charging them with hate crimes.

We as a nation are fast approaching a state of being which will reflect the total elimination of crimes, as we knew them. Guess who is going to make it all better? Hint: Kalifornia mayors and Sacramento legislators.

Bernie was blathering on, the other night, about how setting bail for flight risk criminals is putting them in "debtor's prison".

Some of these politico's have, by their actions or inaction, put targets on themselves. Someone will break and reach their limit. Any wonder the politicians and cronies don't want firearms in the hands of those their acts will victimize?
