Fort Collins, Colo. formally removed a public ordinance that banned women from going topless in public in a win for the ‘Free the Nipple’ movement.

I attended Colorado State in Fort Collins. I missed all the fun by 30 years, bummer.

You didn't miss anything. The good looking women you would want to see topless, are not going to be topless in public. And the fugly women you would never want to see topless will be the one's flaunting their jugs in public.

I don't know, University town, full of good looking women. I'm sure some of them will get thrill out of showing off their titties
