Our criminal justice system is broken. There is no reason for an illegal to be walking free after caught here, after his first deportation.

He's a "potential" DEMOCRAT Vote. A valuable man....... to some people. The five previous arrests/de[deportations and possession of a Federal Agents firearm are inconsequential, kinda like Comey's shenanigans.

Let's face it. The "San Francisco attitude" in that court has the sole purpose to condition U.S. citizens to the New Fact that our lives aren't worth s#@t compared to an Illegal Immigrant who may be a DEMOCRAT Vote.

But will prosecute someone to the fullest extent of the law if they break one of the million gun laws that the average person can't keep up with.
