Gentlemen,
I am new to the forum and have a question reguarding a Calico Liberty 50 that i picked up a few months ago. Its a 94 model thats never been fired. It would appear the "striker" assyembly broke and I have had no luck getting ahold of Calico or any suppliers for that matter. Their web site is active @ Calico: The Revolution has begun , However when I try to order the part my web browser freaks out like Im downloading some sort of porn and tells me not to trust the site. I am in love with this gun and I am totally bummed that after less then 200 rounds it broke. Keep in mind this was a new gun!! Does any one know where I can get parts???

Thanks Popeye! How ironic you should be the one to answer my question. I work at the Popeye / Blutos attraction at Universal Studios here in Orlando. I have in the past called the number you listed with no luck, left several messages. Im trying to get past the holidays for Im sure this is the hold up on them getting back with me. The part is only $50 bucks according to their site. However I have been considering the idea of getting a machine shop to replicate the part for me, possibly out of better material. Looks like it was made with cast or some other form of cheap metal. Overall the gun shoots great and feels good in your hands. Ive noticed these guns do get alot of criticism. The only issues Ive had is one faulty rivit and this striker issue. Thanks again!
