So, they're right back to where they started, bump stocks create machineguns. Except, we await the entire 10th Circuit Court's decision on this issue. Then a different Curcuit Court has to rule opposite of the Tenth's ruling (whatever that may be) before the Supreme Court of the US will consider taking up the issue.
