I was recently given my grandfather's stagecoach double barrel shotgun. It had a serious crack in both sides of the stock. I was out target shooting with some buddies this weekend, and somebody brought a pistol grip shotgun. I really liked it, so I machined a pistol grip out of maple, and replaced my stock. It came out pretty nice. Here is the video:

Those may seem neat, but try to actually hit anything with one, and they don't seem so neat.

Nice work. You might be better served by duplicating the shotgun's original stock.

I would shoot one barrel with a pistol grip, but I would be leery of pulling both triggers simultaneously. :yikes1:

This is my home defense gun, so I wanted more maneuverability. I kept the shoulder stock and may someday rebuild it to original condition. Yeah, a double blast could hurt your wrist!
