Ever break one doing the dryfiring practice?

They tend to be tough as nails on many guns and super sensitive on others!

The only firing pin I ever had brake on me,was on a SMLE Mark 5 Jungle Carbine at the range no less.
I never dry fire a firearm but make my own snap-caps,by fitting a pencil eraser in the primer-pocket,then cutting any extrusion off flush with the case head,to absorb the shock of dry firing.
