The trigger pull comes in at a respectable 4.4lbs. You have to pull the trigger back and down to get the proper trigger action.
I’ve already started reloading 410 shells for it. I used once fired Federal cases, Winchester 209 primers, Claybuster WAA41 wads and Hodgdon H110 powder. My Lyman Shotshell reloading handbook calls for 16 grains, I used 13 with a 1/2oz load of #8 shot and it performed perfectly. This is my recipe that I shoot out of a very short barrel 3 1/2 inches long. Do not load this recipe to shoot out of a long barrel shotgun. You should develop your own load recipes.
I have a classic lee loader in 45 colt headed my way. When it arrives I will start reloading for 45 colt.
