I want to carry the best 9mm ammo possible for my concealed carry Kel-tec P11, regardless of the price. I need something with the best stopping power. Can someone give me some recommendations?

Any good hollow point that your pistol will cycle will be just fine. I stay away from +P stuff because all it does is increase the chance of a jam when you might need it the most.

Try a variety of big name hollowpoints and see which shoots the best through your gun. All of them will provide good performance now-a-days. You want to make sure that they are 100% reliable and then pick the one that shoots closest to point of aim and groups good. Every gun is a little different in the ammo it likes so try as many as you can. Stay away from hardball. There really shouldn't be any need for you to use +P ammo. Gather a bunch of various rounds up and have fun shooting.
