Going to try it in the middle of the floor. If I get tired of that I may push it against the wall and pull it out when I need the vice.

Obviously, first order of business is taking a picture of all those sexy metal grips I have accumulated… Na, really it was rubber washers on the grip screws so they don’t have to be overnighted to stay put and not rattle 😉 but one of each hung out for a group pic of each different design…
