This one Neil talks about as a licensed carrier, when you should engage a target and can you deal with the aftermath. It makes one think and we all know that there is a very short window for that when using deadly force.

I disagree. All humans have a moral obligation to protect others. They don't have an obligation to run into the gunfire like so many police (not all, I admit) will do but there is a moral obligation to fight for the good of all against the evil of the few.With all current political climate change, I say, F* it!I am not a sworn officer, so I don't have any legal or moral obligations to protect others.
