1. Wars advanced human rationality, human rights, and thoughts of peace. This was how the peace-keeping United Nations was born.
2. WWII changed the world. The United States and the Soviet Union became two world-class powers, and the focus was shifted to the Pacific.
3. WWII advanced the development of the national liberation movement, established a series of independent countries, and the world colonial system collapsed after the war.

1. rational thoughts, human rights, and thoughts of peace can not be applied and brought forth and enforced to the world stage without the loss of individual countries, cultures, and independence.......therefore the united nations is a failure that is full of politics and internal strife that borders on projecting international socialism and one world govt...the UN is a puppet and its decisive actions depends on who can manipulate the security counsel the most which is a frequent stalemate.....and who can manipulate the general body for political gains..

2. WW2 led to communism becoming influential and the soviets a world power that led to years of enslavement and further destabilized the world.

3. independent countries rise and fall all the time....with or without world wars. And new countries generally will be in turmoil and strife because there will be disagreements with cultures, lines on a map, and the concept of new vs what was...........

4. advancement of technology.....war tends to do that...........
