OMG, there are some thirsty people, somewhere in the world, which could have used that water in them there jugs. Such a waste.
The wax (or whatever) covering over a poison (or whatever) has been around a while* AFAIK. Best guess is that it "originally" came from the world's, at that time, spy versus spy creepy underworld types (e.g., cia, kgb, mi# etc).on the other hand.......i always wondered about that "JAWS" movie scene where Brody was putting poison in the hollow points and then sealing them with wax.....
