Don't know if it counts cause I don't know the shooters intent. I was 12 or 13 when this went down,

Nephew and I were standing in the backyard and a gang banger type kid visiting one of the kids we knew on the street from out of town appeared on a ridge that was in back of the homes in the neighborhood with a BB pistol. He pointed at us and fired and I heard the BB pass between our heads and we were standing next to each other. We looked at him, at each other and ducked into theme and shut the door. Commenting on what a nut that kid was.

Never been shot by a firearm or had one pointed at me and I have never had cause to point mine at anyone...I did used to walk the back hills with my BB gun all the time. Funny no kids with BB guns back there ever got kidnapped or sex trafficked.
