Peoples don't have the money. I'd have a $1000 Ar if I had the money to pay for it. My Ar that I sold was the cheapest kit I could find. I improved on it, but it worked just fine without the goodies. You don't need to spend a lot of money to get an AR that works.

I think it is outstanding.

Additionally, if you take away the straw purchases and the nut-jobs buying guns, I am glad to see that law-abiding Americans are "waking up" and some have decided to no longer rely on the mercy of criminals for their safety at home.

rant/

Until late last year, in my experiences the mass media would always refer to a burglar/robber who had be shot after breaking into someone's home as the "victim."

This kind of panty waist, cultural Marxist reporting p*ssed me off to no end!!! The victim was/is the homeowner!

It now 2020 and finally some local news stations are getting it right.

I am sure that, included on those 2 millions that purchased a gun, there was a large number of DemocRATs that now feel threatened. I would have loved to see their faces when told the hoops they have to go trough in order to purchase the weapon, after all, their "leaders" were telling them that purchasing a weapon was easier that purchasing cough syrup.

I meant no offence Sam, I just thought a cheap side arm isn't something I would go for when my life depends on it and it's probably what all the democrats went for, to them a gun is a gun, why spend more on it. They'll have a lesson on what's good and what's not when they start to have failures when it's not the time to have them.

Sam, you can get a solid, reliable AR in the $400-$600 price range.

There is a difference between cheap and low priced. People who can't afford a Sig P226, could get a Sig P2022 instead. Or instead of a Ed Brown 1911, a RIA 1911 will do the job whenever the time comes.

Personally, in these volatile times, I would go for a low-priced, reliable AR and have more to spend on ammo. But that's just me.

Historically, socialists and leftists HAVE USUALLY lied and broken one or more laws* in order to pirchase a firearm. IMHO, they couldn't care less about the immaterial (to them) hoops they're made to jump through.

Only law abiding Americans find the nuisance of illegal (i.e., constitutionally speaking) laws as burdensome on their pursuit of life, Liberty, and happiness.**

I filed for a handgun purchase permit over a month ago and haven’t heard anything yet. It doesn’t matter how many you’ve had before and they are only good for 90 days. I get thrown in the same pile as a first time buyer. Three day waiting period would be a dream. Different for long guns though.

It's the same here, they call it a cool down period as if anyone buying a gun had the idea to kill someone with it and that period is irrelevant if you already have one or many guns.
It's just a liberal way to tell you we have control over your guns
