    You posted a what if scenario and no one will be able to tell you the right reply. You only said very little bout the encounter. There are many variables you left out not saying if they would play in favor or against, suvh is the norm with "what if" scenarios. Fact is no one knows unless they are put / thrusted into this. Each will be different. Best you can do is be aware of your surroundings and spend the money to get more training with your firearm.

    EDIT: Your "what if" scenario is all one huge IF one is ever to be in such situation. The world doesn't follow the movies and the movies are just movies. If you look to the actual shooting homicides you will see there is no huge "mass shooting epidemic" (love these titles the left make up) here in America like the news media and politicians promotes. It only seems that way because politicians and media keep it in the news for their agenda. Lets not forget the number indicating what is a mass shooting was lowered to include more shootings to be labeled "mass shootings" during the kenyan years.
