Default IE not allowing responses or "likes"

I normally use Firefox but have been having some issues and not sure if it is Windows or Firefox, so I came here a few minutes ago using IE. Went to respond, no cursor and the page will return to the top every time. Went to click a "like" on a pic and no function.

Is this an IE thing or????

    Thanks

Nope. It's not IE. I usually use windows and google chrome but I'm in IE now and it's fine.

    Hello there,

Are you still experiencing this issue?
If you're on IE, can you give this a try? Tools>Internet Options>Security tab>Custom Level button>Display Mixed Content>Enable (was set to "Prompt")
