I expect after November, the heads will roll. He doesn't want to stir up too much sludge.

"served his country and his President,"

I guess his attorney is as full of BS as the Lt Colonel. You do not serve his Commander In Chief by trying to remove him from his job.

I sincerely hope for. Trump needs to clean up his office, and also need to continue to clean up the trash that Obuma installed in the government.

Unfortunately the Trump hating media will be ready and waiting with a book deal and job for Vindman.

If the concerns/accusations in the article that underdog linked are true Vindman should be discharged.

We need Pelosi and Schiff to impeach President Trump again over this.
I’d like to see them impeach him a few more times before Election Day. It really helps his public popularity. Makes the Democrats look bad.
Imagine Pelosi on Nov. 1st; He’s the only President who has been impeached 5 times! And he can’t erase that.

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday the military may consider disciplining former White House National Security Council aide Alexander Vindman,
who testified in Trump's impeachment trial.

Vindman, an Army lieutenant colonel who provided some of the most damaging testimony during an investigation by the U.S. House of Representatives of Trump's dealings with Ukraine,
was ousted from his White House job last week.

"We sent him on his way to a much different location and the military can handle him any way they want," Trump said.
Asked if he was suggesting that Vindman face disciplinary action,
Trump said that would be up to the military.
"If you look at what happened ... they're going to certainly, I would imagine, take a look at that," Trump said.

Army officials have not released any information on Vindman’s future posts or responsibilities.
They have confirmed that Vindman’s twin brother, Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, was also ousted from his role as a judge advocate assigned to the NSC last week.

    Highlights from another political jab.

    > President Donald Trump chose Robert O’Brien as his national security adviser in September
    > As a key White House adviser, O’Brien clearly works – but he meets Trump’s other job requirements: He avoids publicity, he gets out of the way on policy decisions and he dismisses employees
    > Long before O’Brien had security guards escort Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, a key witness in Trump’s impeachment case, and his twin brother, Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, an ethics lawyer, out of the White House on Friday, O’Brien had dismissed or transferred about 70 people, or about one-third of those employed by or temporarily assigned to the NSC, according to senior administration officials.
O’Brien told a Washington think tank Tuesday that his efforts to trim the staff would conclude this week, and aides said the final cuts would involve only a few more employees.
    > “The president is entitled to a staff that he has confidence in and that he believes will execute his policies,” O’Brien, a former Los Angeles lawyer, said to the Atlantic Council, a nonpartisan foreign policy think tank in Washington.
    > O’Brien took the job as national security adviser with a promise to reduce the NSC, offering himself to Trump as the antithesis of his immediate predecessor, Bolton, a veteran brawler with strong policy views who clashed with the president on Syria, North Korea and Iran, and left on acrimonious terms.
    > The NSC was formed after World War II to synthesize and coordinate the foreign policy and intelligence agencies that report to the White House. The national security adviser is supposed to serve as an honest broker among the factionalized bureaucracies.
    > The Army has reassigned Vindman to the Army War College, and his brother to the judge advocate’s office.

He was not exactly 'fired', he is military and was assigned to the White House duty, Trump unassigned him and sent him back to his new military duty.

All he testified to was his opinion. No facts. Now what is a military man doing testifying with nothing but his opinion against his boss?
