Dan Bongino lays out the problem with prosecution.
    He was a wiley one.

Let that be a warning! comey broke the rules, and that's that. The blue state is alive and well.
The Inspector General's report is the equivalent of giving Comey "a stern talking to". That'll show him. Kenneth Starr (idiot that he is) said on Fox that the report, even without actual consequences, is the accountability we've been looking for.

The so-called conservative talking heads have a role in American politics. Their role is to appease people like us, here. They hold us at bay with talk of consequences while the fervor is hot and gradually, as our own anger subsides with time, they simply move on to the next thing that makes us angry. In the swamp, even while the left is talking prosecuting Trump even when he's out of office, the so-called conservatives don't actually plan any accountability; they're simply giving us what we want to hear so we'll remain calm until the fervor dies down.

Believe me, no one on the left is going to jail. It ain't happening.

It's that placating, weak-spine attitude that makes the Republicans such rotten failures and losers in elections. Try McCain, Romney and "low energy" Jeb Bush.

Believe me. If a few Federal Department heads had been sent to jail during the Bush administration and then the Obama administration, I doubt Comey, Clapper, Brennan, McCabe, the Ohr's and others would even be in the news. The Clinton's and Obama's would be low visibility, too.

Consequences. Hard jail time and fines. Then we'll have more accountable and honest government administration. Fear has a way of bringing that about.
