    Default Eggs and Canadian Bacon

I watched "The Invisible Man", 2020 version, and in one scene the woman is cooking eggs and Canadian Bacon, and it was suck a beautiful shot. Sunny side up, browned Canadian bacon. I don't cook much, but that was too much. Went to Walmart, and the actually had Canadian bacon! So I just had sunny side up eggs, and browned Canadian bacon. Mmmm mmmm. Wasn't as pretty as in the movie, but I'm sure it tasted just as good! The movie is pretty good too. Get ready for "The Invisible Woman", the stalked woman has the key now.

I've been eating a lot of cereal lately, thinking it's good for me. It seem AppleJacks, FruitLoops, and Honeynut Cherios have a lot of sugar, so.....

I eat the malt-o-meal brand honey nuts and oats version cereal. Only 6 grams of sugar.

Check the salt and fat - it isn't as great as they make it out to be.

I thought something was missing, English Muffin! I'll go to the petri dish tomorrow and pick some up. I'll also pick some of that cereal. If they have any of this stuff.

The Malt-o-meal honey nut scooters is low in sugar too. My wife likes it. It's their version of Cheerios.

Yes have to read the labels on the turkey bacon. Some is terribly high in sodium. I get the Butterball low sodium. And it's low in fat.
